My Favorite Setting Powder: Ben Nye Neutral Set Colorless Powder

There are tons of translucent setting powders on the market. Most of the budget friendly ones that are available can make you look cakey and splotchy. Lets FACE it. No one wants to spend time on their make up to have it end up looking like that. This setting powder is extremely light weight and it gives you a beautiful matte finish. I purchased mine off of an online site called camera ready cosmetics for under $10.00. It really is hard to believe that this is an inexpensive makeup item. It feels smooth and luxurious on the skin and keeps you matte and set for a long time.

Not only do I use this to set my face, but sometimes when I want to overdraw my lips and just use lip liner I use a fluffy powder brush and pat the smallest amount over my lips and it makes them matte and gives the liner a very long staying power.

Something else I do with this powder is set my eyebrows. When I am using a pencil and it is more on the creamy consistency side and I don't want to use a traditional brow powder, I dust a small amount over my brows when I am setting the rest of my makeup to make sure my brows stay on all day.

This products is travel friendly. It's compact enough that you can throw it in your makeup bag or you can get travel containers to put some of the product in it.

Have you ever tried any Ben Nye powders? What are your favorites?

Talk to you all in my next post. Thank you for reading xo
