Budget Beauty Fail or Hail?? Quo Blending Sponges

I love a great deal, especially when it is something that turns out to be an amazing item to my beauty product collection.

I have been using the Quo blending sponges for a while and I have really enjoyed  them. They are good quality for a drugstore blending sponge option and make your makeup go on and look flawless.

The Mini Blending Sponges are great for blending out your makeup around the eye and nose area. I payed around $5.00 for a pack of three. I love the way that these blend out my concealer. I have a problem with dry under eyes and using a brush to blend out my my concealer can make the dryness more noticable. When I use these sponges it really helps hide my problem area if I am having trouble with it at the time being.

The Quo Perfectionist Sponge is one of my favorites. It gives amazing coverage with your foundation and if you do not want to buy the mini sponges or want to just have one sponge to put in your travel makeup bag than this is the one for you. The top of the sponge has a smaller end on it so it is great for blending out makeup around the small areas of your face. This sponge was $5.00.

The Quo Precision Sponge is meant to be used for around the nose and eye area. So if you like working with a bigger sponge than this one would be a good fit for you. I have tried this for my full face foundation and it does work great for that too. It says on the back of the box that this paticular one is great at hiding skin imperfections and that really is accurate.

I get a lot of redness around my nose area and this blends the product in to cover it very nicely. I also payed $5.00 this this one as well.

Since they are very affordable I usually stock up. You really cannot beat the price and it is a great dupe for the Beauty Blender. I love having variety when it comes to makeup applicators. If you have a latex allergy than you are in luck because all of the sponges I talked about today are latex free.

The Quo Blending Sponges are a BEAUTY HAIL!!

  1. Since you posted a pic of these on Twitter I revisited my Quo sponge and I love it! Great dupe for my BeautyBlender and a fraction of the price. I also find its softer than the real techniques one. LOVE.

  2. Interesting reading your comments! I was definitely going to suggest the real techniques sponge, but since these are softer, I must give them a try!

I use my Real Techniques sponge for my loose powders when I "bake" my face.
